Gas nitriding furnaces are furnaces produced in horizontal and vertical types, similar to general nitriding furnaces. Likewise, the nitriding process can be expressed as a surface hardening process applied in gas nitriding furnaces using different parameters in the temperature range of 490 to 580°C.

Suitable charge fixtures for holding the job/charge can be supplied made of stainless steel. Depending on the furnace capacity ammonia dissociation meter and gas panel with suitable flow control and gas manifolds are fitted. Automatic ammonia dissociation system with real time controls can be given optionally.
