This furnace is highly useful for galvanizing of small components like fasteners, auto parts, etc & also for large parts like poles, pipes, pillars, etc. These are totally pollution free furnaces which creates 0% pollution & also work peacefully. It does not require much space as compare to other furnaces like oil fired & other furnaces. It is also 20-30% cheaper in operating as compare to other furnaces.

The life of pot ( cast iron or silicon carbide) which we use in these furnaces also increases as in oil fired furnaces, the pressure of blower remains on one side & as a result, the pot use to break from that particular side. But in our furnaces, there is uniform temperature due to which the life of pot increases & hence results in more & more saving. It is all automatically temperature control furnace which helps to operate the furnace in peaceful manner.
